How it works

Recycling your business electronics is easy with SimplerWEEE

Choose a WEEE bin for your office

Select the style and size of recycling bin best suited to your needs. From 20 litre capacity to 240 litres, professional office bins to outdoor wheelie bins, we have options for any requirements. Choose your collection frequency, then pay a monthly fee to rent the bin for your business.

Receive and position your bin

Once you’ve chosen your bin, we’ll deliver it to your business location anywhere in England, Scotland, or Wales. Your bin will arrive ready to use with a QR code clearly displayed on the side for easy collection requests.

Arrange collections as needed

When your bin is full, simply use your smartphone to scan the QR code on its side and fill out the form to arrange a collection. Our team will come and collect your WEEE at a time that suits you. Your subscription includes a minimum of two collections per year.

We will provide you with all the paperwork you need to prove that your business meets compliance requirements for WEEE disposal and recycling.

Secure Data Destruction

For devices with sensitive data, such as laptops, phones, or tablets, we offer a secure destruction service outside your standard subscription. When you scan the QR code on the bin, you'll see an option to arrange a collection for secure waste. Our service team will provide a separate cost and collection service, outside your standard subscription.

Collection Frequency and Flexibility

Your SimplerWEEE subscription includes a minimum of two collections per year.

Additional Collections: If you need extra collections beyond your included allowance, these are available at £130.00 + VAT per collection, processed as a separate payment outside your standard subscription.

Extra Waste: If you have extra waste, you can scan the QR code on the bin and you’ll be prompted to provide details about the additional waste, The service team will then provide a separate cost and collection service, outside your standard subscription.

Subscription Flexibility: Choose the collection frequency that matches your business needs—monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or twice yearly. You can adjust your schedule at any time as your waste volumes change, ensuring you only pay for the service level you actually need.
